Trevor Macenski

 

Trevor has six years of experience as an Environmental Scientist, Environmental Planner, and Project Manager for Stantec, then for Michael Brandman Associates. He is an experienced California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) practitioner who has experience working with educational institutions to achieve their objectives while adhering to CEQA. Trevor began his career as a Policy Analyst for the UC Davis Center for Environmental Conflicts Analysis, researching and developing polices evaluations for watershed collaboration partnerships. As an Environmental Scientist, Environmental Planner, and Project Manager he has been an author of many CEQA and environmental documents such as: environmental impact reports (programmatic and project specific), environmental impact statements, mitigated negative declarations, initial studies, and EIR addendums. Trevor has also authored many due-diligence, CEQA, and Community College Site Selection documents for Community Colleges and educational institutions across California; most notably: Gavilan Community College District, San Joaquin Community College District, Kern Community College District and West Placer Unified School District. Trevor has experience in preparing housing studies, State-mandated housing elements, and federally mandated consolidated plans. In addition, he has completed wetland delineations and assisted in designing and evaluating constructed wetland water treatment systems. Trevor has a wide range of environmental impact assessment and planning working in both the public and private sectors on environmental, socio-economic, and land use projects.
