Profile of a Recent Scholarship Winner: Jennifer White

California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) student Jennifer White is the most recent AEP Superior California Chapter Student Scholarship recipient. Ms. White is currently an Environmental Studies major and Biology minor at CSUS. Prior to attending CSUS, she attended American River College (ARC) in North Sacramento. While attending ARC, Ms. White worked to support herself as an Inspector’s Aide for the California Department of Agriculture. During this time, she became interested in the environmental field and, through the encouragement of ARC faculty, transferred to CSUS in Fall 2008. In spite of balancing a schedule of school and work, Ms. White received high honors while attending ARC. She continues to excel academically at CSUS, and the AEP Superior California Chapter was pleased to present Ms. White with a $1,000 scholarship and free student membership.

AEP Superior California Chapter Student Scholarship recipient Jennifer White is presented her award by Student Liaison/Scholarship Chair Scott Sjulin.
