Jennifer is an environmental planner with RBF Consulting.
She is responsible for research, data collection, and analysis for General Plan Updates and CEQA projects
including Initial Studies, Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports.
Jennifer is a graduate of Humboldt State University, where she received an M.S. in Natural Resources Planning and
the University of Oregon, where she earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies.
